About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation and recognition voided separate provisions of acts of the Government of the Russian Federation
For the purpose of enhancement of bill activities of the Government of the Russian Federation, federal executive bodies and the organizations which by the Federal Laws are granted the right to introduce in accordance with the established procedure in the Government of the Russian Federation drafts of the Federal Laws on the questions relating to the established field of activity the Government of the Russian Federation decides:
1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation.
2. Recognize to invalid:
the Section IV of Provisions on bill activities of the Government of the Russian Federation approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 30, 2009 No. 389 "About measures for enhancement of bill activities of the Government of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2009, No. 19, the Art. 2346);
the subitem "v" of Item of 2 changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 8, 2012 No. 1025 "About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2012, No. 42, the Art. 5716);
Item of 2 changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of January 28, 2017 No. 98 "About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2017, No. 6, the Art. 945).
