About modification of some legal acts of Turkmenistan
I. Make changes to the following legal acts of Turkmenistan
1. In the Law of Turkmenistan "About communication", adopted on March 12, 2010 (Sheets of Majlis of Turkmenistan, 2010, No. 1, Art. 17; 2014, No. 2, Art. 82; 2017, No. 1, Art. 35, No. 3, Art. 110; 2018, No. 2, Art. 52; 2019, No. 2, Art. 36):
1) in Article part one 6, of Article part three 15, parts of the first Articles 29 and 31, parts three and the sixth Article 33, of part two of Article 48 of the word "Industry Ministry and Communications of Turkmenistan" and "Industry ministry and communications of Turkmenistan" to replace respectively with words "the Turkmenaragatnasyk Agency and "the Turkmenaragatnasyk Agency;
To "Industry ministry and communication of Turkmenistan" shall be replaced with words 2) in item 4 of Article 7 of the word "to the Turkmenaragatnasyk Agency;
3) in Article 8:
in the name and part two of the word "Industry Ministries and Communications of Turkmenistan" shall be replaced with words "the Turkmenaragatnasyk Agencies;
in paragraph one of part one of the word "Industry Ministry and Communications of Turkmenistan" shall be replaced with words "the Turkmenaragatnasyk Agency;
4) in Article 11:
in parts two and heel of the word "Industry Ministry and Communications of Turkmenistan" and "Industry ministry and communications of Turkmenistan" to replace respectively with words "the Turkmenaragatnasyk Agency and "the Turkmenaragatnasyk Agency;
in parts three and the sixth the words "Industry Ministry and Communications of Turkmenistan" and "Industry Ministries and Communications of Turkmenistan" to replace respectively with words "the Turkmenaragatnasyk Agency and "the Turkmenaragatnasyk Agencies;
5) in Article 13:
in word part two "Industry ministry and communications of Turkmenistan" shall be replaced with words "the Turkmenaragatnasyk Agency;
