About modification and amendments in the Law of Turkmenistan "About certification"

Bring in the Law of Turkmenistan "About certification", adopted on December 18, 2013 (Sheets of Majlis of Turkmenistan, 2013, No. 4, Art. 89; 2014, No. 4, Art. 165; 2015, No. 1, Art. 29; 2016, No. 1, Art. 14, No. 4, Art. 165; 2017, No. 2, Art. 78; 2018, No. 2, Art. 43), following changes and amendments:

Item 3 of Article 11 to declare 1) invalid;

To exclude 2) in Item 12 of Article 12 of the word "and (or) applies other economic sanctions";

3) in Article 14:
