1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 24, 2017 No. 380 "About approval of Rules of the organization and ensuring maintenance of columns of military vehicles and vehicles of special purpose, regulation of traffic on highways and streets during passing of these columns" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 15626, it is published on September 14, 2017 in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan) the following changes and amendments:
in Rules of the organization and ensuring maintenance of columns of military vehicles and vehicles of special purpose, regulation of traffic on highways and streets during passing of these columns approved by the specified order:
add Item 2 with subitem 4-1) of the following content:
"4-1) zone of responsibility – the territory assigned to body of military police of Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan within which tasks on law enforcement and safety of traffic are carried out;";
the paragraph one of Item 7 to state in the following edition:
"7. In case of the solution of the questions concerning maintenance of columns of vehicles and vehicles of special purpose in Nour-Sultan's cities, Almaty and also in case of visit of protected persons in other administrative territorial units, traffic routes are approved with Service of the state protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in case of approval the following information is provided:";
