About modification of the Order of the Government No. 282/2005 about approval of the Regulations on preparation in the field of civil protection

In the Order of the Government No. 282/2005 about approval of the Regulations on preparation in the field of civil protection (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2005, Art. No. 46-50, 338), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1) in all text:

a) the words "Service of Civil Protection and Emergency Situations" in any grammatical form shall be replaced with words "General inspectorate on emergency situations" in the corresponding grammatical form;

b) to replace words "Ministry of Education" with the text "The Ministry of Education, cultures and researches";

c) shall be replaced with words words of "fire safety" "fire protection";

2) in the Provision:

a) add Item 1 with the subitem g) the following content:

"g) users and administrators of water storage basins/ponds";

b) add Item 3 with the subitem d) the following content:

"d) users and administrators of water storage basins/ponds, within the first year of activities - on the rates organized by divisions of the General inspectorate on emergency situations according to the plan";

c) in Item 8:

the subitem and) to state in the following edition:

"a) State supervision body in the field of civil protection:

in bodies of the central public management and other central bodies - once in five years;

in bodies of local public authority of the second level - once in five years, as a rule, before conducting exercises on civil protection;

in the highest educational institutions - once in five years;

in bodies of local public authority of the first level - once in four years;

on economy objects - once in three years;

on hazardous production facilities - annually;

in organizations of general secondary, vocational, additional, secondary professional and secondary vocational education - once in three years";
