About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About credit institutions"

Article 1. In article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of May 29, 2002 No. ZR-359 "About credit institutions":

Part 1 to add 1) with the Item "about 2" of the following content:

"2) to issue derivative financial instruments, and also to conclude bargains with derivative financial instruments at own expense and on its own behalf;";
