About entering of amendment and change into the Code of administrative legal proceedings of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. In article 83 of the Code of administrative legal proceedings of the Republic of Armenia of December 5, 2013:
Part 1 to add 1) with Item 4.1 of the following content:
"4. 1) cases when the administrative act about the termination or suspension of the right to subsurface use is disputed.";
2) regarding 2 words "Items... and" shall be replaced with words 4 "items 4 and 4.1".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
