About entering of amendments into the Civil code of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. After the word "budget" to add the fourth paragraph of part 1 of Article 70 of the Civil code of the Republic of Armenia of May 5, 1998 (further - the Code) with words ", to the capital of environmental protection".
Article 2. To add part 1 of article 256 of the Code with the new paragraph of the following content:
"Legal relationship on pledge of the right on subsurface use are regulated by the Code of the Republic of Armenia about subsoil.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
