Article 1. To state Article 203 of the Civil code of the Republic of Armenia of May 5, 1998 in the following edition:
"Article 203. Prohibition on access and placement of property on the parcel of land, in the building, structure and in the territory of other real estate
1. Everyone has the right not to allow access for others to the parcel of land, to the building, structure and on the territory of other real estate which is in its legal ownership.
2. Nobody has the right without the bases established by the law or permissions of the legal owner to get on the parcel of land, into the building, structure or on the territory of other real estate or to place in this territory any personal estate without the permission of the legal owner (further - invasion).
Invasion is also considered:
1) non-execution by the person who got on the parcel of land, to the building or structure or on the territory of other real estate or placed on it personal estate with the permission of the legal owner, the requirement of their legal owner about leaving from the parcel of land, from the building or structure or from the territory of other real estate or removal of the placed personal estate;
2) non-execution by person who got on the parcel of land, to the building or structure or on the territory of other real estate or placed on it personal estate on the bases established by the law, after the termination of these bases or making of the corresponding actions provided by the law, requirements of their legal owner about leaving from the parcel of land, from the building or structure or from the territory of other real estate or removal of the placed personal estate.
3. Invasion is absent when the parcel of land is not enclosed with fencing, wall, or there are no written or sound announcements or graphical signs prohibiting access to the parcel of land, and access to the parcel of land will not do harm to the parcel of land.
