1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 13, 2018 No. 175 "About approval of Rules of filling with the official of body of state revenues of customs declarations" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 16445, it is published on March 7, 2018 in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan) the following change:
in Rules of filling with the official of body of state revenues of the customs declarations approved by the specified order:
state Item 25 in the following edition:
"25. The authorized officer, according to the Procedure for filling of the passenger customs declaration approved by the decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of July 23, 2019 No. 124 "About customs declaration of goods for private use" fills in the passenger customs declaration on paper addressed to the customs applicant. At the same time, in the column "For Office Marks" of the passenger customs declaration puts down the record "The Statement on Filling" and specifies registration number and date of the statement of the customs applicant.".
2. To provide to committee of state revenues of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication;
3) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Department of legal service of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item.
