About entering of amendment into the Law "About Medical Care and Servicing"
Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on July 16, 2020
Article 1. No. ZR-42 "About medical care and servicing" (further - the Law) to add part 1 of article 2 of the Law of March 4, 1996 with Items 62 and 63 of the following content:
"62) the plan of activities in the field of health care in emergency situation - the document describing activities in the field of health care in emergency situation;
63) procedure for the organization of medical care and servicing in connection with emergency situation - requirements imposed to provision of services by the organizations performing medical care and servicing irrespective of pattern of ownership and the actions directed to prevention, decrease and elimination of possible effects, life-threatening and to human health.".
Article 2. Add the law with Chapter 8.1 of the following content:
"Chapter 8.1. The organization of medical care and servicing of the population in emergency situations
Article 42.1. Plans of activities in the field of health care in emergency situations
1. Plans of activities in the field of health care in emergency situations establish the basic principles of activities in the field of health care in emergency situation, the actions necessary for prevention, decrease and elimination of effects of emergency situations.
2. Develops plans of activities in the field of health care in emergency situations and approves authorized body in the field of health care;
3. Plans of activities in the field of health care in emergency situations are reviewed by authorized body in the field of health care at least once in five years.
Article 42.2. Procedure for medical care and servicing in emergency situations
1. In case of emergency situations the authorized body in the field of health care based on emergence of emergency situation in reasonable time develops and approves procedure for the organization of medical care and servicing in emergency situations which is obligatory for all organizations performing medical care and servicing.".
