About introduction of amendments to some Orders of the Ministry of Finance

In pursuance of provisions of the h. (5) Art. 92 of the Tax code No. 1163-XIII of December 24, 1997 (special release of February 8, 2007 is reissued in Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2007) and h. (3) the Art. 1. In the Order of the Ministry of Finance No. 150 of September 5, 2018. "About approval of the CET18 form - the Declaration of physical person on the income tax and regulations on procedure for filling" (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, No. 347-357, of Art. 1350 of 14:09. 2018) to make the following changes:

b) state Item 35 in the following edition:

"35. In line item of E3 other deductions which are not specified in the previous line items are reflected. In this line item the deduction of any donations made both in cash and in non-cash form during 2020 for fight against koronavirusny infection is specified (COVID-19) on the bank accounts opened by the Ministry of Finance for this purpose or to public medical and sanitary organizations.".
