1. In the Order of the Government No. 418/2000 about creation of the State register of individual accounting in the state system of social insurance (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2000, No. 54-56, of the Art. 500), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

In all text the word "payer" in any grammatical form shall be replaced with words 1) "the payer of fees" in the corresponding grammatical form;

2) in the Provision:

a) in item 4:

in the concept "insured person" of the word "undertaken to pay" shall be replaced with words "for which payers of budget payments of the national social insurance pay";

in the text "about monthly declarations of legal entities and physical persons on inundated accounting of insured persons" "monthly" to exclude the word;

c) state Item 11 in the following edition:

"11. The register is kept in manual and/or electronically. In case of discrepancy of data of the Register in manual and electronically data of manual version of the Register are considered as true."
