About entering of amendments and changes into the Law "About Fire Safety"

Article 1. Article 6 of the Law of April 18, 2001 No. ZR-176 "About fire safety" (further - the Law) after words "local government bodies" to add with the words "the inspection body exercising control".
Article 2. To state article 7 of the Law in the following edition:
"Article 7. Public administration and control in the field of ensuring fire safety
1. The public fire service joins in system of the state body authorized by the Government of the Republic of Armenia.
2. Control in the field of ensuring fire safety is exercised by the relevant inspection organ subordinated to the Government of the Republic of Armenia.".
Article 3. In the third paragraph of article 8 of the Law of the word "public fire service" shall be replaced with words "the inspection body exercising control in the field of ensuring fire safety (further - inspection body)".
Article 4. State Article 10 in the following edition:
"Article 10. State accounting of the fires and their effects
1. Single state accounting of the fires and their effects performs inspection body in case of approval of the body authorized in this sphere. Rules of single state accounting of the fires and their effects are approved by the Government of the Republic of Armenia.".
Article 5. In article 12 of the Law to state the Item "B. 1" in the following edition:
". 1) inspection body;".
Article 6. In article 13 of the Law:
1) in heading of the word "state fire inspection" shall be replaced with words "inspection body";
To exclude 2) from the third paragraph of the word "and state fire inspection";
In paragraph four of the word "inspectorate for fire safety" shall be replaced with words 3) "inspection body";
The fifth paragraph to state 4) in the following edition:
