About modification and amendments in the Law "About Road Transport"

Article 1. No. ZR-233 "About road transport" (further - the Law) to declare the Item "z" of part 2 of article 6 of the Law of December 5, 2006 invalid.
Article 2. Add the law with Article 6.1 of the following content:
"Article 6.1. The state control in the field of road transport
1. The state control in the field of road transport is exercised by the inspection body exercising control in the field of transport (further - inspection body).
2. Inspection body:
1) within the competence exercises control of execution of requirements of legal acts, licenses and the international permissions of the sphere of road transport;
2) applies the responsibility measures provided by the law for violation of requirements of this Law.".
Article 3. In article 12 of the Law:
"The exercising control" to replace 1) regarding 1 word with the word "inspection";
2 words of "transport inspection of the Republic of Armenia" shall be replaced with words 2) in the second paragraph of the Item "z" of part "inspection body".
Article 4. This Law becomes effective next day after its official publication.
