About modification of some regulations

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In the Law on regulation of business activity by permission No. 160/2011 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2011, Art. No. 170-175, 494), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. Add Article 2 with two new concepts of the following content:

"elements of automatic identification of the document - the range of standards of coding in the form of two-dimensional strokes (matrix code);

The automated information system of production and issue of allowing documents (further - AIS PVRD) - set of the program hardware and infrastructure of the user intended for information processing and forming of information resource on issue of allowing documents.".

2. In part (2) Article 3 of the word "parts (7) Articles 6," shall be replaced with words "parts (2-2) and (7) Articles 6,".

3. Add Article 6 with part (2-2) following of content:

"(2-2) Issue of the allowing document and its duplicate, respectively, refusal in their issue, and also their prolongation, renewal, suspension and response is performed by the state body issuer without fail by means of AIS PVRD, at the same time they contain the elements of automatic identification created by this system, except as specified, when international treaties, one of the parties of which is the Republic of Moldova, other is provided.".

4. Part (articles 7 after words of "the documents attached to it" to add 3) with words "if the law regulating the respective area does not provide other term,".

5. Part (Article 12-5 to add 2) with Item h) the following content:

"h) the element of automatic identification of the document created by means of AIS PVRD.".
