in Rules of the organization and carrying out purchase of medicines and medical products, the pharmaceutical services approved by the specified resolution:

"422-1. In case of marginal change of price in the list of the single distributor in 2020 at the request of authorized body in the field of health care entering of corresponding change into the signed supplementary agreement after negotiation by determination of final price of delivery is allowed.

At the request of authorized body in the field of health care advance (preliminary) payment in the amount of no more than fifty percent from the amount of the supplementary agreement in case of warranty condition of availability of necessary amount of raw materials for production of medical products is allowed.";
