Article 1. To state Item 5 of part 4 of Article 55 of the Code of penal procedure of the Republic of Armenia of July 1, 1998 in the following edition:
"5) to make the decision on conducting checks, rechecks, inventory counts, other checking actions if there are tangent, reliable and sufficient data following from criminal case that number of the circumstances (circumstance) which are subject to proof on criminal case can it (can) be confuted or confirmed with this check, recheck, inventory count or other checking action. Within 24 hours to send to the prosecutor the copy of the made decision which legality is subject to check within seven days;".
Article 2. To state Item 15 of part 2 of article 57 of the Code in the following edition:
"15) makes the decision on conducting checks, rechecks, inventory counts, other checking actions if there are tangent, reliable and sufficient data following from criminal case that number of the circumstances (circumstance) which are subject to proof on criminal case can it (can) be confuted or confirmed with this check, recheck, inventory count or other checking action. Article 3. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
