About introduction of amendments to article 1 of the Law on cancellation of national final examinations in training programs of the general education of examinations of 2020 No. 71/2020
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - In article 1 of the Law on cancellation of national final examinations in training programs of the general education of examinations of 2020 No. 71/2020 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, Art. No. 131-141, 235) to make the following changes:
4) to state Item in the following edition:
"4) the Bachelor's degree which grants the receipt right in organizations of the higher and postsecondary not tertiary vocational training with removal of estimates on disciplines of examination of bachelor degree according to provisions of this law on the available debts for last years is issued to persons which completed the lyceum program in institutions of higher education, and persons who requested passing an examination of bachelor degree external and the completed the lyceum program with average annual assessment for school disciplines and general GPA above or equal "5" (five), submitted at the scheduled time the application for passing an examination of bachelor degree to examinations of 2020.";
add Article with Items 4-1)-4-3) of the following content:
"4-1) For persons which completed the lyceum program in institutions of higher education, and persons who requested passing an examination of bachelor degree external and submitted at the scheduled time the application for passing an examination of bachelor degree to examinations of 2020, estimates on examination disciplines are estimated as arithmetic average, with rounding to whole, the average annual estimates received by pupils during training in the X-XII classes in lyceum education / on I-III rates in postsecondary professional education / in the XI class and the first year of training in organizations of the highest education / in the X-XII classes or, depending on situation, in the XI-XII classes in the education equivalent to lyceum education, on these disciplines.
