About entering of amendments into the Code of civil procedure of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. After the word "for" to add part 2 of Article 270 of the Code of civil procedure of the Republic of Armenia of February 9, 2018 (further - the Code) with words "-no more than six months".
Article 2. Add the code with Articles 270.1 and 270.2 of the following content:
"Article 270.1. Cancellation of the court order about involuntary hospitalization of the citizen in the psychiatric organization
1. In case of recovery of person before term identified by the court order about involuntary stationary psychiatric treatment of the citizen based on the conclusion of the psychiatric commission on the statement of the medical organization in which this citizen is treated court issues the decree on cancellation of the resolution on involuntary hospitalization of the citizen in the psychiatric organization.
2. The court order about allowance of the application, provided by part of 1 this Article, from the moment of publication takes legal effect.
3. The statements provided by part of 1 this Article are filed a lawsuit which issued the decree on involuntary stationary psychiatric treatment of the citizen earlier.
Article 270.2. Procedure for consideration of the applications of the psychiatric commission about implementation of psychiatric intervention concerning the child who reached 16 years or person recognized incapacitated in the procedure established by the law in the absence of opportunity to give the informed consent
1. The court according to the procedure, established by this Chapter, considers also the applications established by part 3 of article 17 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About mental health services".".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective in three months after its official publication.
