About modification of the Law "About Legal Protection of Topology of Integral Chips"
Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on June 18, 2020
Article 1. "About legal protection of topology of integral chips" to state the second paragraph of part 2 of article 4 of the Law of February 3, 1998 to No. ZR-198 in the following edition:
"The body of system of public administration authorized by the law in the field of intellectual property concerning registration of topology which functions connected with protection of intellectual property, and also other functions provided by this Law, according to the procedure, provided by this Law, are performed by office of intellectual property of this body (further - the state authorized body) for registration date of topology.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
