Article 1. In article 72 of the Constitutional law of January 17, 2018 No. ZR-42 "About the Constitutional court":
Part 3 after the words "but no more, than for three months" to add 1) with words ", except as specified, provided by part 3.1 of this Article";
To add 2) with part 3.1 following of content:
"3.1. Constitutionality of the project of changes of the Constitution is estimated from the point of view of project compliance to invariable articles of the Constitution within fifteen days after registration of a statement in the Constitutional court without possibility of prolongation of term.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective next day after its official publication.
