About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About the Supreme anti-corruption court" in connection with adoption of law of Ukraine "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning simplification of pre-judicial investigation of separate categories of criminal offenses"
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
1. Bring in the Law of Ukraine "About the Supreme anti-corruption court" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2018, No. 24, Art. 212; 2020, No. 2, Art. 5) following changes:
The second Article 4 parts one the word of "crimes" shall be replaced with words 1) in part one of Article 3 and the paragraph "criminal offenses";
2) in Article 7 part four:
in the paragraph the second Item 1 shall be replaced with words the word of "crimes" "criminal offenses";
in Item 7 of the word of "intentional crime" shall be replaced with words "intentional criminal offense";
The word of "crimes" shall be replaced with words 3) in Article 10 part one "criminal offenses".
2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day, but not earlier than entry into force of the Law of Ukraine "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning simplification of pre-judicial investigation of separate categories of criminal offenses" of November 22, 2018 No. 2617-VIII.
