1) in Article 8:
a) state the name in the following edition:
"Article 8. Development of forecast plans (programs) of privatization of the state-owned and municipal property";
b) in paragraph three of Item 2 of the word "the forecast plan (program) of privatization federal" shall be replaced with words "forecast plans (programs) of privatization state and municipal";
2) in Item 2 of Article 9:
a) word in paragraph one of "property complexes" to exclude, after words of "joint-stock companies" to add with words ", share in the authorized capital of limited liability companies", to add with words ", and also information according to the report forms on results of execution of forecast plans (programs) of privatization of the state-owned and municipal property approved by the Government of the Russian Federation";
b) third to declare the paragraph invalid;
3) in Article 10:
a) add Item 1 with the words "according to the procedure for development of forecast plans (programs) for privatization of the state-owned and municipal property established by the Government of the Russian Federation";
b) in Item 2 of the word "Government of the Russian Federation or" to exclude, add with the words "according to the report forms about results of execution of forecast plans (programs) of privatization of the state-owned and municipal property approved by the Government of the Russian Federation";
