1) in Item 2 of Article 8:
a) the fifth to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"Powers of the Russian Federation to implementation of military accounting in settlements, municipal and city districts in which territories there are no structural divisions of military commissariats, are transferred according to local government bodies of settlements, local government bodies of municipal districts and local government bodies of city districts.";
b) to state the paragraph of the sixth in the following edition:
"Powers of the Russian Federation to implementation of military accounting in certain settlements of municipal districts in which territories there are structural divisions of military commissariats, are transferred to local government bodies of such municipal districts for realization in the territories of the specified settlements (except for settlements in which territories given power are performed by structural divisions of military commissariats).";
c) add with the new paragraph the eighth the following content:
