About modification and amendments in the Law "About the Security Market"

Article 1. In article 98 of the Law of October 11, 2007 No. ZR-195 "About the security market" (further - the Law):

Item 6 of part 2 to state 1) in the following edition:

"6) provision to the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Armenia, the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Armenia, Special investigative service of the Republic of Armenia, Service of homeland security of the Republic of Armenia, State commission on protection of the economic competition of the Republic of Armenia, Committee of state revenues of the Republic of Armenia and Police of the Republic of Armenia by the Central depositary and other persons having the right of maintaining the register of owners (nominee holders) of securities, office data on the list of the security accounts opened by the client, type and the status of each account and also provision of any office information on shareholders and owners (nominee holders) of shares, including provision of information about owners (nominee holders) of shares, their nominal value, quantity, type and class, the issuer, the transactions performed with shares, ownership limitations on the share, the information about the issuer's owners available to the Armenian nominee holders and Foreign nominee holders in sense of article 197 of this Law;";
