About introduction of amendments and changes in the Constitutional law "About Referendum"

Article 1. No. ZR-155 "About referendum" (further - the Law) to add article 6 of the Constitutional law of March 23, 2018 with parts 3 - 5 following contents:
"3. In case military or state of emergency is declared after the announcement of referendum provided by this Law, all actions and terms connected with the removal of question at referendum begun to the announcement of warlike or emergency state stop owing to the right. Within 12 hours after the announcement of warlike or emergency state the Central Election Commission makes the announcement of suspension of process of referendum.
4. The decision on pronouncement of the project of changes of the Constitution at the referendum appointed on the basis of which referendum it was not held because of warlike or emergency state, it can be declared invalid according to the procedure, established by the Constitutional law "Regulations of National Assembly",
5. If before the end of warlike or emergency state the decision on pronouncement of the project of changes of the Constitution at referendum was not declared by National assembly invalid, then process referendum is resumed according to the procedure, established by this Law.".
Article 2. To state part 5 of article 12 of the Law in the following edition:
"5. The referendum which is not held because of warlike or emergency state, provided by part 3 of article 6 of this Law if before the end of warlike or emergency state the decision on holding referendum was not declared by National assembly invalid, is held not earlier than through 50, and no later than in 65 days after the end of warlike or emergency state. Within three days after the end of warlike or emergency state the President of the republic accepts the decree which appoints not held referendum - there shall be Sunday in the ballot day.
