In paragraph one of Item 25 of the resolution of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Uzbekistan of May 2, 1997 No. 3 "About court practice on the cases connected with ownership, use and the order of the privatized premises of" the word "In compliance of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 533 of November 3, 1994 "About rates of the state fee" shall be replaced with words "According to the sizes of the rates of the state fee established by the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About the state fee".
2. No. 16 "About some questions arising in court practice in connection with application of the Civil code" to exclude Item 24 of the resolution of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Uzbekistan of September 24, 1999.
