In the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic No. 36 of March 13, 2003 "About the questions connected using the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic" About legal protection of topology of integral chips" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2003, No. 3, Article 168; 2013, No. 5)., St. 579) to make the following changes:
1. According to "Rules of state registration of topology of integral chips and issues of certificates", approved by this decision:
1.1. In Item 1.1 of the word "Copyright" shall be replaced with words "Intellectual property";
1.2. In Appendix to Rules - in both cases of the word "Copyright" shall be replaced with words "Intellectual property".
2. In part 2 of "Rules of maintaining the State register of the registered topology of the integral chips" approved by this decision shall be replaced with words the words "Copyright" "Intellectual property".
