Article 1. To add the code of the Republic of Armenia about administrative offenses of December 6, 1985 (further - the Code) with Articles 47.18-47.26 of the following content:
"Article 47.18. Evasion from connection to system of electronic health care, maintaining medical (including electronic) the documents which are obligatory authority or violation of requirements of their filling or the address
1. Evasion from connection to system of electronic health care:
attracts penalty in the amount of thirtyfold to the fiftyfold size of the established minimum wage.
2. Evasion from maintaining medical (including electronic) the documents which are obligatory authority:
attracts penalty in the amount of fiftyfold to the sixtyfold size of the established minimum wage.
3. Violation of requirements of filling or the address medical (including electronic) the documents which are obligatory authority:
attracts penalty in the amount of twentyfold to the thirtyfold size of the established minimum wage.
4. Repeated making of the act provided by part 2 of this Article within year after application of measure of administrative punishment:
attracts penalty in the amount of seventyfold to the hundredfold size of the established minimum wage.

1. Violation of procedure for filling and issue by person performing medical care and servicing, leaf about temporary disability:
attracts penalty in the amount of stapyatidesyatikratny to two hundredfold thirtyfold to the fiftyfold size of minimum wage.
2. Repeated making of the act provided by part of 1 this Article within year after application of measure of administrative punishment:
attracts penalty in the amount of two hundred-fiftyfold to the three hundredfold size of minimum wage.
