Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 3, 2014 No. 1309 "About approval of requirements to anti-terrorist security of objects (territories) of Federal Service for the Oversight of Consumer Protection and Welfare and form of the material safety data sheet of these objects (territories)" (The Russian Federation Code, 2014, No. 50, the Art. 7098).

Changes which are made to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 3, 2014 No. 1309

1. In requirements to anti-terrorist security of objects (territories) of Federal Service for the Oversight of Consumer Protection and Welfare approved by the specified resolution:

a) state Item 3 in the following edition:

"3. These requirements do not extend on:

objects (territories) which are subject to obligatory protection by troops of national guard of the Russian Federation;

the important state objects, particular loads, constructions on communications which are subject to protection by troops of national guard of the Russian Federation regarding their equipment technical means of protection, procedure for control of their equipment and operation of the specified technical means of protection;

on objects (territories), requirements to which anti-terrorist security are approved by other acts of the Government of the Russian Federation.";

b) in Item 7:

the paragraph one after words of "categorization of object (territory)" to add with the words "within 10 days after approach of the bases specified in Item 9 of these requirements";
