About entering of amendments into the Law "On Regulation of Managerial Legal Relationship"
Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on March 25, 2020
Article 1. No. ZR-207 "On regulation of managerial legal relationship" (further - the Law) to add part 1 of article 11 of the Law of March 23, 2018 with Item 6 of the following content:
"6) in the cases provided by the law appears in court on behalf of state body without power of attorney and within the competence issues powers of attorney on performance in court.".
Article 2. To add part 1 of article 17 of the Law with Item 6 of the following content:
"6) in the cases provided by the law appears in court on behalf of subordinate state body and within the competence issues powers of attorney on performance in court.".
Article 3. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
