About modification and amendments in the Constitutional law "Regulations of National Assembly"

Article 1. In article 5 of the Constitutional law of December 16, 2016 No. ZR-9 "Regulations of National Assembly" (further - the Law):

1) from part item 4 2 words "changes of the Constitution," to exclude;

Part 2 to add 2) with Item 4.2 of the following content:

"4. 2) publishes the changes of the Constitution accepted by National assembly in the case provided by part 2 of article 202 of the Constitution;".

Article 2. To declare Item 5 of part 2 of article 64 of the Law invalid.

Article 4. In article 134 of the Law:

1) correspond, within 24 hours after their obtaining, but no later than the expiration for promotion of the candidate, the Device registers and provides to the chairman of National assembly, and in cases, stipulated in Article 145 Regulations, to the chairman of the competent permanent commission of National assembly the personal record of the candidate;
