About modification and amendments in the Law "About the Security Market"
Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on April 16, 2020
Article 1. "About the security market" (further - the Law) to state item 4 of part 2 of article 98 of the Law of October 11, 2007 to No. ZR-195 in the following edition:
"4) provision of office data according to requirements of the Code of civil procedure of the Republic of Armenia, the Code of penal procedure of the Republic of Armenia, the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About confiscation of property of illegal origin";".
Article 2. In article 101 of the Law:
Shall be replaced with words 1) in heading of the word "on civil and criminal cases" "judgment";
To add 2) with part 2.1 following of content:
"2.1. In the cases established by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About confiscation of property of illegal origin" the office information is provided to competent authority based on the judgment.".
Article 3. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
