About modification and amendments in the Law "About Funds"

Article 1. In article 38 of the Law of December 26, 2002 No. ZR-516 "About funds" (further - the Law):
1) from part 3 the first offer and words", the non-notification about it to Committee of state revenues under the Government of the Republic of Armenia" and "and notifications" to exclude.
2) the second offer of part 3 after the words "at the scheduled time" to add with the words "stipulated in Clause 39 these Laws";
3) the words "Committee of State Revenues under the Government of the Republic of Armenia" in the corresponding case forms shall be replaced with words "Committee of state revenues".
Article 2. In article 39 of the Law:
1) in the first paragraph of the word "fund on the official website of public notifications of the Republic of Armenia, at the address http://www.azdarar.am" shall be replaced with words "fund in the system provided for the reports published by funds";
Item 1 of the first paragraph to state 2) in the following edition:
"1) the report on the activities which shall contain data on the performed programs, financing sources, the general size of the money used in financial year, and the size of expenses in them on implementation of the authorized purposes, names and surnames of members of council of custodians, the managing director if they used means and services of fund within accounting year, and also the number of faces included in the office of fund.".
To exclude 3) from the second paragraph of the word "and representations".
4) the words "Committee of State Revenues under the Government of the Republic of Armenia" shall be replaced with words "Committee of state revenues".
Article 3. Regarding 3rd article 39.3 of the Law of the word "on the official website of public notifications of the Republic of Armenia (http://www.azdarar.am/)" shall be replaced with words "in the system provided for the reports published by funds".
