About entering of amendments into the Civil code of the Republic of Armenia

Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on April 16, 2020

Article 1. To add part 2 of Article 279 of the Civil code of the Republic of Armenia of May 5, 1998 (further - the Code) with Item 9 of the following content:

"9) confiscation of property of illegal origin is performed.".

Article 2. Add the code with Article 288.1 of the following content:

"Article 288.1. Confiscation of property of illegal origin

1. The property of illegal origin will be seized according to the court order according to the procedure, provided by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About confiscation of property of illegal origin".".

Article 3. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
