About introduction of amendments to the Law "About Public Welfare Payments"

Article 1. Parts 7, of the 8th Article 25, and also article 26 of the Law of December 12, 2013 as No. ZR-154 "About public welfare payments" to recognize invalid.
Article 2. This Law becomes effective next day after its official publication and extends to cases when the application for purpose of lump-sum allowance on the birth of the child is submitted on June 1 and after it.
Article 3. It is also possible to dispose of the amount (remaining balance) credited into the special account opened addressed to the newborn child in the bank which signed the service agreement of the family capital with the authorized Government state body in the field of social support before entry into force of this Law based on the statement of person having the right to dispose of the family capital in one-time procedure.
