Basic principles of behavior of judges
The judge shall aim at establishment of the highest standards of behavior and follow them to strengthen independence of court and respect for it.
Each judge shall respect independence and honor of judicial authority and to avoid the circumstances compromising him position in any forms of the activities. The judge is the carrier of respect and prestige of judicial authority.
Rules of this Code shall be interpreted and be applied according to the above-stated principles.
The judge shall be faithful to the oath, strictly follow the laws and behave so that there was no doubt in his impartiality and honesty.
The judge shall not allow the family, to public and other relations to influence its activities as the judge. The judge shall be informed on material interests of the spouse / spouse(s) of other persons which are at him in dependence.
The judge shall make the decision, being based only on careful establishment of the facts, according to the law and conscience.
During legal proceedings the judge has no right to show words or actions any prejudices or insufficient objectivity, and also shall not allow to do it to persons participating in process.
The judge has no right to open or use confidential information which he obtained as a result of the position in the purposes.
The judge given administrative authority shall carry out them honesty, competently, assisting first of all judges in their activities and without allowing restriction of independence, pressure or other methods of impact for them for the purpose of rendering influence in case of decision making at all. Otherwise the judge upon whom pressure or other enforcement measures is put shall raise question of responsibility of this judge.
