Article 1. To add Section 5 of the Code of administrative legal proceedings of the Republic of Armenia of December 5, 2013 with Chapter 31.4 of the following content:
"Chapter 31.4. Production on cases on contest of legitimacy of the decision of the Commission on prevention of corruption on submission of the situational declaration
Article 222.12. Cases on the decision of the Commission on prevention of corruption on submission of the situational declaration and procedure of their consideration
1. The rules provided by Chapter 31.2 of this Code taking into account the features provided by this Article extend to production on cases on contest of legitimacy of the decision of the Commission on prevention of corruption (further - the Commission) about submission of the situational declaration.
2. On the cases provided by this Article person on whom the decision on submission of the situational declaration is made can appeal to administrative court.
3. Claim can be submitted to administrative court within five days from the moment of receipt of the decision of the Commission on submission of the situational declaration.
4. The statement on the cases provided by this Article together with the requirements provided by Items 1-4, 6, of 8, 10 and 11 parts 1 of Article 222.5 of this Code shall contain reasons for the fact that the decision of the Commission on submission of the situational declaration is illegal. The decision of the Commission on submission of the situational declaration is enclosed to the application.
5. Considers the cases provided by this Chapter, administrative court and solves solely.
6. On the cases provided by this Chapter, the administrative court accepts one of the following court resolutions:
1) about leaving of the decision of the Commission in force;
2) about recognition of the decision of the Commission invalid.".
