About introduction of amendments to the Code of the Republic of Armenia about administrative offenses

Article 1. Regarding 1 article 207 of the Code of the Republic of Armenia about administrative offenses of December 6, 1985 (further - the Code) words "Persons liable for call-up of the rules of military accounting established by articles 5-6 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About military obligation" shall be replaced with words "The person liable for call-up the citizen of rules of military accounting, the stipulated in Clause 22 Laws "About Defense".
Article 2. To state article 213.1 of the Code in the following edition:
"Article 213.1. Evasion from military trainings and military exercises
1. Evasion by the person liable for call-up by the citizen staying on the registry in inventory, from the military trainings or military exercises announced in the procedure established by the law, made in the form of absence in military commissariat or on the venue of the military trainings or military exercises without valid excuse in time rendered in the agenda issued by military commissariat:
attracts infliction of penalty in thirtyfold size of minimum wage.
2. Repeated making by the citizen of the act provided by part of 1 this Article about current of year after application of measure of administrative punishment:
attracts infliction of penalty in fiftyfold size of minimum wage.
3. In sense of part of 1 this Article circumstances of finding of the citizen on treatment in stationary conditions in the organization performing medical care and servicing or outside the Republic of Armenia, and also other circumstances caused by temporary disability or other objective reasons which objectively do not allow the citizen to be in military commissariat or on the venue of military trainings or military exercises are considered as reasonable excuses.".
Article 3. In part 1 and Item 1 of part 2 of article 235 of the Code to replace number "213" with number "213.1".
