About modification and amendments in the Code of the Republic of Armenia about administrative offenses

Article 1. In article 123.5 of the Code of the Republic of Armenia about administrative offenses of December 6, 1985 (further - the Code):
To replace 1) in part 13 of the word "at least one" with the word "both";
To add 2) with part 13.1 following of content:
"13.1. If the vehicle has pair accounting registration plates, it is considered with one accounting registration plate if one of registration plates is not fixed in the place provided for it and is not legible both during movement, and during the parking.";
To add 3) with part 16 of the following content:
"16. Vehicle control, having pair accounting registration plates, with one accounting registration plate:
attracts infliction of penalty in twentyfold size of the established minimum wage and application of penal point - two points.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
