About modification and recognition voided some regulations

Art. I. - In part (1-3) article 117 of the Tax Code No. 1163/1997 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, special release of February 8, 2007), with subsequent changes shall be replaced with words the words "Since July 1, 2020" "Since January 1, 2021".

"(29) the State Tax Administration performs correctness of the size of the subsidy provided to the companies and non-profit organizations which entered technical idle time and/or idle time according to the Order of the Commission on emergency situations of the Republic of Moldova No. 16 of April 10, 2020 and the Law on organization of some measures for emergency state in the field of public health and modification of some regulations No. 69/2020.
(30) the State Tax Administration performs correctness of the size of the subsidy provided within the program of subsidizing of interest rates according to the Law on organization of some measures of support of business activity and on modification of some regulations No. 60/2020.".
Art. III. - Declare invalid the Law on organization of some measures of support of citizens and business activity during emergency state and about modification of some regulations No. 56/2020 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2020, No. 101, the Art. 171).
Art. IV. - In the article I of the Law on organization of some measures of support of business activity and about modification of some regulations No. 60/2020 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2020, Art. No. 108-109, 186) to make the following changes:
1. In Article 1:
