About introduction of amendments to the Law "About Currency Control and Currency Exchange Control"

Article 1. Of November 24, 2004 "About currency control and currency exchange control" (further - the Law) words "the faces performing licensed dealer and broker purchase and sale of foreign currency (currency dealers brokers)" to exclude No. ZR-135 from Item 13 of article 3 of the Law.

Article 2. To state part 2 of article 7 of the Law in the following edition:

"2. Transactions on purchase or sale of foreign currency in the territory of the Republic of Armenia, including transactions on the conditions established by part of 1 this Article are performed by means of specialized persons, except for investment companies which can perform purchase and sale of foreign currency in the cases and procedure established by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the security market" and (or) the sublegislative regulatory legal acts adopted on its basis. The exchange rate and amounts of the transactions on purchase and sale of foreign currency performed by specialized persons are established by specialized persons.".

Article 3. In article 7.1 of the Law:
