Article 1 to add 1) with paragraphs of the following content:

"the state integrated information system in the field of control of turnover of precious metals, gemstones and products from them at all stages of this turnover (further also - GIIS DMDK) - the federal state information system intended for obtaining, processing, storage and provision of information on origin and about the address of precious metals, gemstones and products from them and also for the organization of special accounting;
