About modification of the Instruction on the organization of forced execution of decisions

1. Bring in Item 3 of the Section III of the Instruction on the organization of forced execution of decisions approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of April 2, 2012 No. 512/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 2, 2012 for No. 489/20802 (in edition of the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of September 29, 2016 No. 2832/5), the following changes:

To add 1) after the paragraph of the tenth with the new paragraph the eleventh the following content:

"In case of presentation of the executive document in body of the public executive service or to the private contractor at the place of residence or stay of the debtor - physical person, to the location of the debtor - the legal entity whose address differs from the address specified in the executive document to the application for forced execution of the decision the claimant shall enclose the document/copy of the document which confirms that the location of the debtor - the legal entity or to residence address or findings of the debtor - physical person is the territory to which competence of body of the public executive service, or the territory of the executive district of the private contractor extends.".
