About entering of amendments into the Code of civil procedure of the Republic of Armenia
Article 1. Article 1 of the Code of civil procedure of the Republic of Armenia of February 9, 2018 (further - the Code) to add with part 2.1 following of content:
"2.1. The rules established by this code are applicable for hearing of cases on confiscation of the property having illegal origin and also to making of separate legal proceedings before initiation of proceedings if the Law "About Confiscation of the Property Having Illegal Origin" does not provide other.".
Article 2. To add part 2 of article 350 of the Code with Item 3 following of content:
"3) state bodies of the Republic of Armenia and foreign state bodies if such powers are provided by the law or international treaties.".
Article 3. To add part 2 of article 367 of the Code with item 4 of the following content:
"4) on determination of court about variation of the petition for application of measure for providing the claim, about partial satisfaction of the petition for application of measure for providing the claim if the petition for application of measure for providing the claim is provided in case of the action for declaration or before submission of the action for declaration – in case of the petition for application of measure for provisional remedy of the claim.".
Article 4. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day with for its official publication.
