2. Add with Article 49-1 of the following content:
"Article 49-1. Assistance in the organization of municipal activities
The relevant organ of the executive authority gives help in the organization of activities of municipalities and takes measures for rendering the methodical help in area of natural implementation of activities of local self-government to them.".
