About modification of the Regulations on procedure for forming and use of means of centralized fund of head department of execution of the punishment of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan
Due to the modification of regular structure of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. In Item 7 of the Regulations on procedure for forming and use of means of Centralized fund of Head department of execution of the punishment of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of October 23, 2017 No. 861 (the joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2017, No. 10, of the Art. 245), words "the deputy minister of internal affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan - the chief the Head Department of the Penitentiary (further - the chief the Head Department of the Penitentiary)" shall be replaced with words "the chief the Head Department of the Penitentiary".
2. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan P. R. Bobozhonov.
