1. Item 1 of the List of temporarily imported goods to which conditional release from payment of customs duties and taxes, conditions of their release, and also effective periods of privileges approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of June 20, 2016 No. 212 is applied (SZ of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2016, No. 25, Art. 309), to add with the subitem "ts" of the following content:
"v) the special equipment and processing equipment which are not made in the Republic of Uzbekistan and intended for projects implementation with participation of the international financial institutions and foreign government financial organizations on representation of the executive agency or body. In case of identification of the facts of use of the special equipment and processing equipment not within implementation of the specified projects, customs payments are levied in accordance with the established procedure".
2. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. Zh. Ramatov and the Minister of Transport of the Republic of Uzbekistan E. M. Ganiyev.
