About modification of the Regulations on percentage policy of the National Bank of Ukraine
According to Articles 6, 7, 15, 25, 27 and 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", article 66 of the Law of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", for the purpose of strengthening of resistance of banking sector to turbulence in the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES: financial markets
1. In Items 11, of the 12th Section III of Provisions on percentage policy of the National Bank of Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of April 21, 2016 No. 277 (with changes), the words "two percent points" shall be replaced with words "one percent point".
2. To department of the public markets (Sergey Ponomarenko) after official publication to inform banks information on adoption of this resolution.
3. The resolution becomes effective from the date of, its official publication following behind day.
